1. I was informed after saturday that as we had an extra committee meeting, the tuesday's meeting was cancelled by the A. V.P. The next meeting will be in June.
2. The mower is used as it collects the waste material [inc. seeds] rather than letting it blow arround, not to mention the stones/gravel [could smash windows] and if wet stain the walls of neighbours. The moter hs not been burnt out, as stated, the carbourator needs a new spring to adjust the acceleration speed of the mower.
3. Yes - This is an extra service provided on a Saturday. This service was authorised at the A.G.M of 2010 but unfortunatly the company wanted, provided a contract the lawyers told us not to sign, as a result we had to obtain other services. This service is for a year and the contract will be put out to tender for the best provider. All residents should be placing the bags in eye catching places, and if not collected to inform the office. The quicker informed the quicker removed.
